Matt began his career as a Chef with B.R. Guest Restaurants, later moving to RUB BBQ before opening Fletcher's in 2012. Since then, he has consulted, catered and cooked at the prestigious James Beard House, along the way winning several awards including Brisket King and Rib King of New York City and has been featured in Saveur, Fodor, The New York Times, ABC, NBC, FOX and many others.
